Minors:
Notarized consent letter required when traveling with one parent or guardian.
Note : For minors travelling with one parent or a third party. the parent(s) must provide a notarized and legalized affidavit stating they have no objection to the minor's travel. If the parent resides in Italy, they can make a similar self-declaration with a copy of their stay permit and passport, authenticated by the Commune. An alternative option is for parents to sign a consent form at the Consulate General of Italy, This requires their presence along with a copy of their passports (any government photo ID with signature) and the minor's birth certificate.
